Sports Camp

This Summer Sports Camp is an annual event that had taken place for many years, but had never been advertised outside of word-of-mouth. 

The goal of this project was to increase registration and strengthen communication methods for registrants.

Goals Set:

  • Get 20 volunteers signed up

  • Register 80 kids (increase 6% from previous year)

  • Create new systems for post event follow-up


  • 25 volunteers signed up

  • Registered 100 kids (hitting capacity)

  • Successfully created an automated mailing list and system for post event follow-up


  • Increased registration by 25%

  • Met capacity for registrants and had to close registration early

  • Created an email list with a 60% open rate!

This was by far our most successful Summer Sports Camp yet. We not only increased registration by 25% from last year, but we also CAPPED our attendance limit. I'm so thrilled with the work that was done to help advertise and make our event look professional. I cannot recommend working with these guys enough - they know what they're doing and truly seem to enjoy doing it.
